The shampoo does not come with it. You cannot complete the treatment with only one part or the product. The picture is deceiving . The seller does not reply to any of the contact attempts. No support to the client whatsoever. Does not give you the straight option to return the product as they said a label to return would be sent to you via post but it never did . So angry and disappointed. No respect for the customer at all.
